Beaverton, OR - Village Church 75th Anniversary Documentary (Recent)
It all began when Village Church reached out to me after watching the documentary I created for New West Christian Reformed Church's 70th-anniversary celebration. This project was a significant milestone for me, as I was responsible for every stage of production.
Being a solo production, I handled everything from planning and story structure building to conducting interviews, operating the camera and audio equipment, managing lighting, editing, creating graphics, and selecting music (Even driving 6 hours!). It was both a fun and challenging experience to capture and deliver their history while showcasing how it has evolved into the multicultural church it is today.
The opportunity to tell stories through documentary filmmaking is what drives my passion. Each project presents its unique set of challenges and rewards, and I'm grateful for the chance to immerse myself in the storytelling process, connecting with individuals and communities along the way.
I look forward to sharing more of my experiences and collaborating on future projects that inspire, inform, and uplift.
